Here are a few of our latest projects from around Kāpiti.

Seating area

A quick and inexpensive makeover. This was a shabby garden bed. A quick pine frame, weed mat and 20mm river pebbles and this has made a well draining area next to the house.

Time for a new gate

This poor gate had seen better days. At some stage, the old one had trellis too. I managed to reuse some of the internal beading and the hinges to keep the cost down for the customer.

Pergola & raised garden beds

New raised garden beds and a new pergola. All this was achieved in four days.

New developments

Fencing replacement

The brief here was to replace the rotten wave fencing for a more modern oriental style horizontal fence with 20mm spacings. This isn't quite finished, the capping will need to be popped on but the owner wants to paint that first.

Brush fencing replacement

A quick job here to replace some tired brush fencing.

Overgrown pathways and gardens.

Here we had a pathway that had been overgrown for years. We cut back the overgrowth, weeded the garden and waterblasted the pathway.

Archway removal

A client had two bedrooms with a dated archway between them. We removed the paneling, stripped the wallpaper, reframed and gibbed the wall. We plastered the wall and left it at paint ready finish for the home owner to complete.

Garden design

Here we removed overgrown agapanthus, dug in a new garden bed and mulched the new garden bed.

Rejuvenate

Chris loves a repair and rejuvenation project. Here is the before and after photos on a jack'n'jill seat. Amazing what a water blast, TLC and new stain can achieve.

Wardrobe systems

This client needed more space in their walk in wardrobe. We constructed a flatpack wardrobe and then designed and made the shoe storage shelving to match and fit within the space.

service access door

The brief here was to create a doorway into a roof space from a mezzanine. We created a draft-less entryway off the stairs with an easy to open handle with magnetic closure.
